Decorative steps:

1. First, the profiles are covered with powder colors. The reason for using powder coatings is the suitable underlayment for placing the film on the aluminum profile.

2. Painted profiles are covered with Decorative films after leaving the furnace. These films are completely vacuumed on the surface of the profile.

3. Then they are heated in a special Decorative furnace at a temperature of 200 to 220 degrees. At this stage, the role of the film is transferred to the surface of the profile.

4. After baking in the furnace and cooling, the film layer is removed from the surface of the profile. (The process of creating these designs is completely automatic)
